Tom successfully completed his PhD with Prof. Steve Gerondakis at Monash University, exploring the roles that NF-κB proteins play in CD4+Foxp3+ regulatory T cell development and function. Since 2018, Tom has undertaken post-doctoral studies with Dr. Adam Uldrich and Prof. Dale Godfrey at the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity, with a focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms of γδ T cell antigen recognition.
