I am currently a Post Doctoral Researcher in Frederic Meunier’s laboratory at the Queensland Brain Institute (UQ). I work across multidisciplinary projects mostly focusing on the biochemistry arm of the lab. This has afforded me the opportunity to leverage my previous experience in mass spectrometry (MS) to further the laboratories’ neuroscience research agenda. This encompasses the application existing worflows and development of bespoke MS methodologies to investigate the axis of interaction between neuronal lipids and proteins during synaptic plasticity.
